Party Reservation Rules

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your birthday party. You will be paying the rest in full upon your arrival.

  • Cancellation- 5 day prior notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.

  • Less than 5 days notice a credit will be issued if you want to cancel or change time slots - it can be utilized for any park activities except food. Credit will expire on the last day the park is open for the year.

  • You and your guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin to be ticketed, trained on the obstacle course, and suited with your lifejacket.

  • If your party includes and obstacle course session - your session will begin promptly on the hour that you choose and is 55 min long with a 5 minute safety briefing 

  • You may bring a cake or cupcakes that we can store for you in our fridge onsite - must be able to fit in standard size fridge. Please bring a cake cutting utensil as one will not be provided

  • Only plates and napkins are provided

  • Absolutely no outside floatation devices other than coastguard certified life vests 

  • Absolutely no alcohol - We have a zero tolerance policy for alcohol. If you are found with alcohol on our premises your admission will be revoked with no refund and your party will be asked to leave 

  • Absolutely no EZ-ups or tents allowed - you may bring your own chairs or umbrellas, but they must be anchored into the ground, and you will be responsible for them

  • Absolutely no guests are permitted in your party that have not checked in, verified waivers, and received a wristband from our lagoon crew 

  • If anyone in your party is found disobeying park rules and regulations your entire party may be asked to leave with no refund
